As Retail Studio Lead, I’ve spearheaded the execution of marketing materials and campaigns under the Retail Brand that come through Lighthouse. Branch wraps, emails, social campaigns, everything digital and print comes through my team to refine and execute with quality, consistency and creative integrity at top of mind.
I also get hands on with Design and Art Direction, there are times when I step in as Designer/Art Director to create master layouts for designers to take and adapt, as wel as assist in the actual deployment of projects, small to extra large in size. I like to continue to exercise my creative muscles while leading a team, mentoring, evolving and refining process along the way.
